Comes with solid flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and flywheel mounting bolts
This kit is designed to get rid of the failure prone dual mass flywheel with a solid flywheel. This kit comes with everything you will need to install the single mass flywheel, pressure plate, and clutch disc.
Note: Service kit 52161204 is required to replace the clutch with this solid mass flywheel. A standard OE clutch kit will not work as a replacement.

Bought this kit for both my e46/36 and have no issues, Clutch chatter noise increases but that's what comes with it. Feels great once broken in. Definitely an upgrade.
the part arrived quickly and was packaged very well, and was top quality. The single mass flywheel made a noticeable difference in how fast my engine would climb in RPM and made my car much more sporty and performance orientated

Does this kit require to have the starter pin gear replaced to the M20 gear, or are the teeth on this single mass flywheel the same as the OEM E30 M42 dual mass flywheel? Is any starter modification required?

No modifications to the starter would be required with this kit. Direct bolt on in this application.

For my 318i E30, typically it requires a shim in between the engine and flywheel. Does this require it?

The Valeo Single mass brochure inside the box says to torque the flywheel at 110Nm but it does not give a torque value for the pressure plate, should I go with 110Nm or 105Nm?

It is a direct bolt on. Installing a different starter pinion is not necessary.
