This screw mounts the charge pipe in place. Requires a T30 bit or socket for removal. The sleeve is not available separately.

Wording on listing is confusing
The listing states it includes the bushing, but it refers to the metal bushing around the screw, not the rubber grommet. I bought it thinking that, now I have to return it and buy the grommet instead.

Perfect
It is exactly what it says it is. This same funny little screw is also used in a few other places like the turbo inlet tubes that mount to the block. They all fit into rubber grommets.
