This Genuine BMW part is a replacement fuel sensor adapter for the low pressure sensor. Whenever removing this adapter, it is recommended to replace the o-ring accordingly. (O-ring part number: #13537559991)

Fuel sensor adapter
Works great if you need to keep the original fuel feed line but need the updated sensor. You can see how the different chamfered edges differ between the new and old sensor so don’t forget this or you could have leaks.

Hi there, I have a 2007 BMW 335I and all original Fuel Lines (N54) I want to replace this sensor (sitting near the HPFP) but I read I need to replace the fuel line. Can I just order this adapter, O Ring and Bosch sensor? Thank you

Unfortunately, in your case it is likely you are removing the original sensor which is no longer available and this new sensor will not fit your original line. So you will likely need a new line to use this sensor or a new line with sensor included part number 13537622751

Yes/no. Yes, if the vehicle is equipped with the original line and has the adapter installed for the new style sensor. No, if the vehicle is equipped with the updated line and sensor. The updated line does not require the adapter and it's generally recommended to update the line to also update the sensor so this adapter is not utilized for N54's as often as it is for other applications.
