30mm, 3-way adjustable sway bar

Sway bars are one of the easiest upgrades you can do to your M3's suspension. Upgraded sway bars will help reduce body roll and compliment existing suspension modifications or factory suspensions alike.

H&R Sway Bars are crafted from a special 50CrV4 steel alloy -- the highest tensile strength available and the industry's strongest and most durable. The true consistency of this special alloy guarantees smooth transitions in sway bar function.

A unique feature of H&R sway bars are the machined-like forged ends that are adjustable for fine-tuning. H&R sway bars come equipped with exclusive Urethane/Teflon composite bushings featuring a molded-in fabric-like material that requires no maintenance or lubrication, and eliminates squeaking.

Suspension Stabilizer Bar Kit

Suspension stabilizer bars are also known as Anti-sway bars. They intend to improve handling by reducing the car’s body roll from side to side. The stabilizer bar bushing is a physical insulator at the point of attachment to the car’s frame. Most bushings are made of rubber, but some people prefer bushings made of stiffer Urethane believing the car will handle even better (although the ride is stiffer).
