bent arm from snow buildup
Worked perfect, You don't need a puller to remove just a pair of channel locks and a firm tug pops it right off

Good Product
Looks and feels better than OE quality, we all know what will happen to OE wiper arm. It is definitely a DIY job. It only took me 20min from start to finish. One tip to all DIYer planning to do this job at home. Mark the position of the old arm! I didn't, so I have to fine adjust them twice.
