If your VW is experiencing a P2015 DTC, power loss, a rough idle and/or poor fuel economy, this kit may just be what your looking for. This updated intake manifold kit includes all the necessary hardware, an updated intake manifold, and a third air supply line to the manifold flap valve unit.
The new third air supply hose included in this kit will connect to the top side of the valve and will prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the valve. The hose will install in the location between coils #2 and #3 with the included bolt.

Just I d share my experience with FCP euro and the intake manifold kit.
First of all I was driving with the famous P2015 code for around 12 months before I finally got myself to do the work on it. No issues whatsoever during the 12 months driving around with the P2015 however I would not recommend to drive around with it as you never know what can happen to the car. In the UK the intake manifold itself (the revised BH version ) cost around 700USD (between 550 and 600GBP) with the additional parts its closer to 850-900USD that is just for parts. Thank you FCP euro for your fair prices.
I ordered the kit and it arrived in the UK within 3 days - UPS. The customs fees were 105GBP so even with shipping costs and custms charges it was still well worth it to buy this kit from the USA rather than UK dealer.
There was a hiccough with UPS as I rang them directly to pay the customs fees over the phone but that did not update the tracking, so 5 days later as they were attempting 3rd and final delivery (the UPS driver did not even bother to show up at the door to ask for payment of customs charges which I would have paid a second time just to get the parcel) attempt I paid another set of customs fees online just so it updates the tracking and lets the driver know that the fees had been paid. Finally got the parcel but was 105 out of pocket then sent a letter to CEO of UPS and got the refund for the second set of customs charges around 2 weeks after I got the package.
Lesson to be learnt from this - if you get a message to pay customs fees always try to pay them online as this will save you the hassle of what I have been through.
FCP euro was of great value to me during this time (they even offered to refund the extra charge but I declined as it was not their fault) I did get my currency back in the end.
The replacement job took me 4 days of around 4 hours work each day. I was probably too careful not to damage anything when taking the intake off but overall it was a easy job just takes time and patience. My MK6 GTI CCZB with 150 000 miles on it had the stock injectors in and the intake valves were totally covered in carbon buildup. I spent one whole day just scraping it off then walnut blasted just to get them cleaner. If you dont have an air compressor just scraping it and the soaking the intake valves will do a good enough job. The one thing that I would suggest is to take the injectors to a garage to them pressure cleaned. I do have an ultrasonic cleaner and soaked them in petrol over night then tried to clean using the cheap ebay injector tester but i had no luck. The one thing that is not mentioned by anyone on youtube is that the injectors have a small mesh filter where the injector meets the fuel rail. If you have a high mileage car you will have tons of buildup inside the injector - my mesh filter were completely disintegrated. The garage told me it took a lot of pressure and 4 hours on constant cleaning to get my injectors sorted.
Assembly was quick and easy just dont over tighten the bolts and the new fresh air hose is a nice touch to the engine.
Save cash do it yourself.

I had the dreaded P2015 code come up and my car was running really poorly at idle and cold starts. This kit included everything that was needed to complete the job amd now I no longer have any cold start misfires or Codes related to the intake flaps. It was nice to have new bolts since I have some butter fingers and always end up dropping nuts and bolts here and there.
This kit comes with everything that I could think of you would need to complete a replacement of this manifold. (Everything I needed at least.) Everything fit where and how it was supposed to. Definitely a solid kit and would recommend to anyone who needs to replace their intake on their own or would like to upgrade to the revision for peace of mind for their vehicle.

Everything you need all in one. The intake manifold is a tedious part to replace for the TSI crowd. It’s nice to have everything you need together to get it done correctly.
Needed a new intake manifold. Found it here for cheaper than any other sites. Paid for the overnight shipping and the package showed up earlier than expected ( ordered on a Friday and FCPs website says overnight shipping doesn’t usually run on weekends.).

According to the fitment guide this should fit my 2013 VW CC but I'm not aware if it's a TSI. Should I just trust the fitment guide that it will work? Also, it doesn't specifically say a "R Line" but from my understanding all the 2.0T in the 2013 CC are the same. Thanks!
