A suspension trailing arm is a key component of a vehicle’s rear suspension system that connects the axle or wheel hub to the chassis. It helps control the rear wheel’s motion, keeping it aligned while allowing up-and-down movement over road surfaces. By maintaining stability and proper wheel alignment, the trailing arm contributes to smooth handling, consistent tire wear, and overall ride comfort.
