Audi VW Gen 1 Haldex Service Kit

The haldex system in your vehicle is tasked with engaging the rear wheels, thereby converting your vehicle to all-wheel drive (AWD). Neglecting to maintain your vehicle's haldex system may result in fluid overheating, which can damage the haldex pump and prevent your vehicle from operating in front-wheel drive (FWD).

Signs of Failure:

  • Warning lights
  • Rear wheel power loss
  • Binding or Juddering

This Kit Includes:

  • 275mL Haldex Fluid
  • Haldex Filter
  • Drain/Fill Plug with Washer
  • Haldex Pump

Service Intervals:

  • 2 to 3 years or every 20,000 miles

Note:

This Haldex Service Kit includes the OE Borg Warner haldex pump. If you believe that your haldex pump may be malfunctioning or if your vehicle has accrued high mileage, we suggest that you replace the pump.
