DEFINITION OF UL 2252 & NRTL MARKS

UL 2252 is a safety standard that defines the requirements for high-voltage DC charging adapters, including performance, durability, thermal protection, and fault tolerance under real-world EV use cases. A certification marking from a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) such as UL or SGS confirms that the product has been independently tested and meets the UL 2252 standard — a requirement for sale in regulated markets
