Audi Driveshaft Support Bearing - 034Motorsport 0345060012

Product Information

A drive shaft center support is a bearing assembly that provides support to the drive shaft in vehicles with a two-piece or longer drive shaft configuration. This support, usually located in the middle of the drive shaft, stabilizes it, reduces vibrations, and helps maintain alignment, ensuring smooth power transfer from the transmission to the rear wheels. Replacing a failing drive shaft center support promptly is crucial to maintaining vehicle stability, drivetrain alignment, and overall smoothness during acceleration and driving.

• Vibration and Shaking: A worn or damaged center support can cause noticeable vibrations or shaking, especially when accelerating or driving at higher speeds
• Clunking or Banging Noises: A failing center support bearing may cause clunking, banging, or thudding noises under the vehicle, often due to increased drive shaft movement or metal-on-metal contact
