I recently did a complete timing belt service, so whether or not the old water pump was bad it was time to change it. On my last Volvo, many years back, I thought my only alternative was to use Genuine Volvo parts, and I did - at very high cost! With my recently acquired XC70 and some good advice from FCP, I got to do the same caliber job and keep some money in the bank. I was confident that the OEM parts such as this Aisin water pump would perform as well as the overpriced Genuine Volvo. This was my first order from FCP and they lived up to my expectations! Sorry, local Volvo dealer!!!
