This new valve corrected the problem of surging I was experiencing with my 2006 S80 FWD, 165K miles. If you're still using the original unit, I definitely recommend replacing yours immediately. You'll notice the difference immediately. Sorry I didn't do this sooner.

I got this because it was original and the vacuum lines were trash, figured it couldn't hurt for the price. After getting a DiCE setup I checked my boost pressure and it is at about 9 psi and I have no codes so figure it is doing its job.

This was one of many codes I was chasing. Sluggish response from turbo. Not anymore! Easy to replace and makes a real difference. Should replace every 100K or so...do it!

This worked great in my 850 Turbo. Though officially it doesn't fit with just a couple of plastic ties I attached it to the air filter bracket and I was done. Could possibly have used the Porsche version. Since they dont make this part for the 850 anymore this is the closest to oem.
