Worked great for my 2010 BMW 328xi.
At 128,000 miles, my shifting was getting stiff and on sometimes I had a hard time getting her in to first gear from neutral. After, changing my manual trans fluid with this stuff, WOW, a huge improvement - smooth shifts, no more issues going in to first. It's like I have a whole new transmission. If you are approaching 100k miles, don't hesitate to take on this job. I was skeptical at first, but after flushing my transmission oil with this stuff. I’m blown away, shifting is buttery smooth and no more notchy shifter. Made this car more fun to drive. My car had 144k miles and oil was probably original, it was nasty black.

Noticeable difference in shifting. Definitely shifting harder before. Now it's really smooth. Will do same service on other vehicles now and home to get same results.

I replaced my transmission fluid in my Manual E36 (Getrag with ATF stickers on side of transmission) with this after reading lots of people raving about it on the forums. Downshifting into 1st and 2nd became much harder. I switched back to a generic Castrol Dex III ATF and everything is smoother again. Many have said this works well, but it didn't for me. Might be a gretrag vs ZF transmission thing?

I have tried other oils and my e46 manual transmission and this provided the smoothest shifting even in cold temperatures.

perfect fit on a 1993 BMW 325is (production 07/1993). redline is a high quality fluid, highly recommend for trans fluid, diff fluid, steering fluid and brake fluid
