I used this on some higher milage audi TDIs and let me tell you, they run so much better.

I threw a can in shortly after the first oil change on my '87 e30 325. The amount of crap this took out was amazing, especially considering the oil was a few days old. Will this product give you performance benefits? I don't know. I say if you're going to feed your motor expensive oil, serve it on a clean platter. This product says "engine flush" and engine flush it does... spectacularly.

I've never tried using a flush before, but all went well and I swear it feels like it helped add some power. Who knows if thats just a placebo though.

Used this after first using the Fuel System Cleaner/Flush on a full tank of gas, and then did an oil change. Man, what a difference! Had acquired a '03 325i with 142k miles when I did this and I immediately felt a difference. I also added Ceratec to the new oil. Liqui Moly makes good products. Now use their stuff on my other vehicles. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.
