Cleans well, maybe too well
Definitely cleared up some gunk in my engine. Unfortunately after I flushed my engine and put new oil in I heard some knocking sounds... Maybe it knocked loose some of my rod bearing material. Who knows. N54 life ;-;

I added this to my S3 at 40K when switching to Liqui-Moly oil. Take note, you should have the engine warmed up when adding this. Have to see how the oil looks at the next interval, but what came out this time was blacker than my soul.

Used this to flush out a recently purchased 07 E50 with 190k miles. Put into motor idled for 10min then drained.

Gave it a try and am happy with the result
Gave it a try and am happy with the result. Remarkable differences in my fresh oil and oil filter after the flush. Car fiddling smoother too.

Allows for faster/better absorption of new oil
I probably should have kept this in the engine for longer than 5 minutes but I can say that it pulled a lot of crap out as the oil was far darker than usual with same OCI

Ideal if you buy a user car
I’ve been using engine flushes for 30 years. Typically use the Gunk brand in the past, but I’ve switched LiquiMoly for all my engine additives and flushes in the past few years. I like that the LiquiMoly is less aggressive than the other flushes out on the market, especially when you have an older engine with high mileage. If you’re buying a used car and you’re not sure how the previous person maintained it, use this for the next two oil changes in a row and that should clean out any gunk you may have. And of course use a good oil!
