I usually use it when i wait a little to long to change my oil.

used on 2014 BMW 528xi cleaned all of the smudge and slug that was showing from the oil cap, now the engine looks so clean

Used on a 2014 Audi CPMB EA888 engine that was burning 1 qt every 2,500 miles, definitely not excessive oil burning, but inconvenient. Used this flush and followed the directions except I did a double oil change, after running the engine flush for 15 minutes I drained and refilled engine oil. Then I ran engine until it reached operating temp, then I drained and refilled one more time. After 5,000 miles the oil level has not gone down at all, still at the max, and engine response improved along with engine noise. Very pleased with this flush!

I used this in my 200,000+ mile N63 engine. Scary. I would assume it worked to clean the engine. It DID NOT blow anything up and I've probably put on 25k miles since using it. Not sure if I needed it, but didnt hurt.

Whoa what a surprise. Run this for 12 minutes on a 5K EA888. That already shown signs of carbon deposits (castrol oil). I could see hue on belt tensioner change right away! Followed the initial flush by fresh oil drove the vehicle for 2 days and changed the oil once again (liqui moly top tec 6200 + ceratec). I could instantly hear the engine run smoother and much happier to rev. May consider using it once every 20,000 or every 4th oil change. I don’t believe rinse is necessary if you stick with using liquid moly long term. I haven’t seen any carbon buildup on a valve head in over 40,000 of mostly city driving on my previous vehicle.

Each can is good for only 3-5qts capacity. You might need more than one. M272 was burning 1qt every 1.5k miles. Now down to about 1/2 qt for 3k miles.

After use the engines runs significantly better...VW Golf TDI 299600 mi, Xterra 3.3L 198500 mi. Planning to use it on VW Golf Turbo 1.8L Sportwagen at 43000 mi for first time.
