I use these on all of my BMWs. I do the flush every 50K miles. Works like a charm and it keeps the engine running smooth and proper. Buying them here is cheaper than a local parts store.

Its been day 3 since flushing. I didn't have a severe degree of contamination and before doing the flush, I also did 2 900-1200 mile oil changes with synthetic 5w40 prior. The car feels more responsive and seems to start quicker in colder temps while making less noise, even though it wasen't noisey to begin with. I have read a few reviews and was apprehensive prior to doing the flush, but I did it a little differently I vigorously shook the can to mix the contents, then took my old extra oil bottle with about 200mls of oil left inside mixed only 70% of the flush component with the oil then while the car was extremely hot after running it at incorrect RPMS on the highway in gear 3/4 for 10 mins at a time poured it in before my last oil change. I also used Fuel system cleaner prior to the flush as well. I also only use premium fuel. Will update if engine explodes.

Really improved the responsiveness of the throttle of my 2014 BMW 328i with an N20 engine. Also feels like there is more power under foot. Clearly cleaned out sludge. Highly recommended!

I used this on my 2018 Q5 which had 60,000. It has improved engine performance a little bit and I have noticed the slightest increase in MPG. Given that Audi does burn oil sometimes, this product really helps clear out any contamination in the engine.
