Seems to do what is supposed to do. Engine is as smooth as ever now. Oil did come out very black but that's normal. No sludge.

if you have a high mileage car or buy it used and are unsure of its upkeep this stuff is great I've used it on several older high mileage vehicles and you wont believe how nasty the oil comes out after performing the flush in my case I'm happy that stuff is still not lurking in my engines i did a set of valve cover gaskets on a 1998 ml320 recently that i used this product on and couldn't believe how clean it was inside for a 20 year old truck with 156k i was impressed

Added to two oil changes appears to be quicker and more responsive with less vibration

I purchased this engine flush to flush out my engine because I let my local mechanic do the oil change and shortly after that my Volvo S60 was running really funky and was louder than it has ever been. I don't think he knows what he is doing when it comes to a Volvo so i'm never letting him handle it again. This flush helped get all that gunk out and prepared my engine for a new oil change with the correct stuff that is healthy for my engine. Engine is running A LOT smoother now.

Performed an oil change after only a few hundred miles in order to try out the engine flush. While the oil should have been pretty clean, it came out looking like coffee. I have to believe that the engine flush works.
