The pulley fits just like an OE should. Took about 20 min to swap it over on my '10 Mercedes E550 Coupe. Great product!

I really do recommend this product. It comes with the pulley and a brand new bolt! It fit for my Mercedes-benz E350 4MATIC Sedan Sport Pkg.

Mercedes Drive Belt Pulley
I recently swapped out the old drive belt pulley for one purchased here (FCP Euro). The INA / PN: 2722021019 is a direct bolt on unit and seemed to work well elemenating the squeeling noise. After a couple weeks the noise came back upon startup though it seems to have dissipated since.

I noticed a high pitch squealing during cold start on my 2011 E350 S212. My car had about 91,000 miles and the original pulleys and belt tensioner. Ordered the two pulleys and the belt tensioner to change them all out at the same time. FCP Euro has a tutorial video which I watched prior to tackling the job. The bolt on this pulley takes an E12 e-torx socket. To make the job faster a little faster, I didn't completely remove the serpentine belt...just moved it out of the way while changing each pulley and tensioner. Remember not to over tighten the bolt when replacing...snug is fine. Saved a lot of money by do it myself and the lifetime warranty is an added bonus buying from FCP Euro.

Replaced both idler and tensioner pulleys and belt. No problems.
