The capacity for the rear differential is 1.3-1.5 liters. The transmission capacity is just under 2 liters.

Yes, this is a synthetic GL-5 75W90 gear oil and is ideal for both the front bevel gear and the rear diff. Just do not confuse it for Haldex fluid, it is NOT appropriate for the AOC coupling ahead of the rear differential.

You'll want to first check to see if this oil is compatible with your vehicle before using. It can be used in both transmissions and differentials depending on the vehicle application.

Yes, 3 to 4 bottles are needed, 2 for the front and 2 for the rear. Fill capacity is around 1.5 liters for each differential. Please note the rear differential does not have a drain plug so we recommend using FCP-B3300000 in order to drain as much fluid as possible. For the transfer case you'll want to use a fluid known as TF0870, part number 83222409710.

Transmission and engine have no effect on the gear oil that is used in the differential. We've answered this in this Q&A below for similar years/models. Two bottles are needed.
