My Stewart pump failed after 6 years, I'm disappointed with that. This was a reasonable priced pump with a lifetime warranty. As good as it gets.

Fit- perfect on an 05 M54B30 E53, comes with O ring. Reliability-unknown been installed for the past 5000 miles and replaced a BMW water pump thats original for the car for 155K miles- yes believe it...

Perfect fit. A little concerned about the thin metal impeller but the welds looked ok. Took the car on a 3,400 trip afterwards...no issues...worked great!

Was in the midst of a cooling system overhaul a few months back and ordered this water pump in addition to other items. The coolant pump came in a perfectly fitting and sturdy box with extra protection that covered the impeller portion of the pump. All were tight fitting in their casings and when installed, did so with no complaints. Now its been humming along in my 2001 M54B30 for a few thousand miles now with not a leak in sight. Considered a Stewarts but seeing as this was the OEM manufacturer, I figured Id try this one out first. In around 50k miles Ill most likely get another of the , same one as its performance is stellar and along with the borgwarner thermostat I bought as well, are keeping temperatures in my 2001 530i...........Within parameters.

I recently have replaced the entire cooling system. The water pump was one of the parts I wanted to replace even my old one had no leak no problem. But it was 20 years old and old one had a BMW original plastic impeller on it and I'm glad I replaced with this Hepu one. So far so good no leaking. Great price and highly recommended.

I installed this Hepu pump in my S52 when engine swapping my e30. The car did about 5000 miles over 3 years when the pump started squealing. When removing the belt and pulley I found that the pump had noticable play, some squealing noise, and had hard spots when turning. That being said I think these are good quality pumps. I think I just got a rare bad example. I went with Graf to replace this one. We'll see how it holds up.
