All the items as described were received. This was my first time doing the valve cover gasket on my E46 and all the parts fit well without any trouble or modification. So far there have been no leaks since replacement.

Fixed the minor oil leak I had on my '04 325i, nice supple rubber and had everything I needed (besides a little rtv on the half-moons) to ensure I wouldnt have any issues installing it
