Thanks for the quick shipping, you might, however, think of using a heaver duty shipping box as mine was in bad shape upon receipt, fortunately the cover seems fully intact and undamaged.

So instead of paying thousands of dollars to get this done at the shop of screw over, I decided to get my certification in youtube mechanic school. I bought this and it came with everything except the spark plug tubes, which I believe it tells you that in the information section. This kit was shipped fast and was packaged so well that there was no damage. Now, this is a job right here as it took me about 4-6 hours to complete if I am not mistaken. Many cuss words were said as well as praying. Not an easy job, but I was able to complete it and I was so proud afterwards. My old one cracked and was leaking oil so bad that it would smoke. Now all of those issues are gone and I could not be any happier. It comes with all of the gaskets and screws so you do not need to buy any of those.

Had leaking at valvetronic gasket and the plastic threads in the valve cover stripped when that gasket was replaced.
If you are on the fence about replacing the whole valve cover or just the gasket i recommend doing the whole valve cover. This is not a technically challenging job to do, but it takes patients and time. This valve cover comes installed with the main gasket plus the valvetronic gasket, and some other one for a sensor, i forget the name.
Watch the FPC video for this job before. A lot of the time spent is disconnecting plastic fasteners, and if you are like me you have PTSD from breaking these sorts of connectors before so you start out with the smallest amount of force and slowly increase it. The video does a very god job describing how to do each fastener so it goes pretty straight forward.
The FPC video was done on an X3 I believe, I have a 328i, for me the one extra step was when everything was disconnected from the valve cover and it was time to come off, it just didn't seem to have enough clearance to come out, so I also disconnected a coolant hose going into expansion chamber, and then the cover come out fine. I was parked on a slope with front end higher so no coolant came out when I disconnected the hose, so it was very easy and clean.
Also, i was hesitant to do this because of all the disclaimers I kept seeing in the DIY's about the valvetronic relearn. I didn't have any special tools to tell the ECU to relearn and the car drives fine. So I think it is safe to say that if you are using your existing valvetronic motor a relearn is really not necessary, just put the key in the on position without turning the engine on to give it a second to home the motor and it is fine. Some places say leave it in on position for 30 seconds but honestly I used an allen wrench to check the valvetronic's position after this step and it homes in just a second or two, people are saying leave it for 30 second because they are paranoid.

Had a leaky valve cover, previous owner attempted repair but it still leaked so I figured this will be the end all be all to the issue. And so far this valve cover is holding up pretty good a month later. I recommend going with the bmw one, this is not a job you want to do more than once. I also replaced the eccentric shaft sensor while I had the cover off, which is a known failure point on these engines. Overall this repair was not too challenging, I have never worked on an engine this level and was able to finish the job in about a day and a half. Use fcp euros guide on YouTube and its fairly straightforward.

This product worked great, and was an exact fit as expected. Ease of mind knowing that it is a genuine BMW part, not some knock off cheap brand. Replace whole valve cover if oil leak still persistent after gasket replacement.

Old gasket was leaking oil. Replaced with FCP unit. Works like a charm. This job is a medium difficulty in my opinion (as a newbie).
Your car will thank you after replacing it. VGC is a unit that is expected to crack. I'd recommend leaving the beauty cover off.

Great fit and relatively easy to install
Great fit and relatively easy to install. My valve cover gasket failed at about 75k miles -- burning oil smell through car vents during startup. Because the PCV valve is integrated onto the valve cover and tends to fail at high mileage, I decided to change the entire valve cover instead of just the gasket. I went with genuine BMW part because not all plastic parts can handle heat/cold cycles the same way. And, it's a time-consuming DIY, so it's better to do it right the first time. The notch at the top front of the cover looks a bit different, but everything fitted well. All gaskets stayed in place during install. Hope this set lasts as long or longer.
