5 minute replacement. Totally improved shifting and throttle / chassis relationship. A great "while you're under the car" add on part. (2) required for installation.

Best Transmisison Mounts!
I ditched my poly mounts for a fresh set of OEM rubber, they work great! These even have the BMW logo on them! Great price

Decided to replace my transmission mounts on my 6 speed manual transmission while doing a clutch replacement. Easy install and my old mounts definitely needed replacing at 180k miles. Excited to see how they feel.

I replaced mine after 13 years and 105,000 miles. They were definitely smaller and harder than the Lem's. Huge difference in shifting and idling. Combined with new engine mounts I can hardly tell my engines running while sitting at a red light. For removal.....I saw others struggling with removal of these. Make sure you have a box end wrench for the top and they will come right off. 15/16 foot lbs on the top, and bottom nuts. If you over do it, the potential to have increased vibration will occur.

replaced old ones and stopped the motor jitters. used jack and thick piece of wood on edge of oil pan to lift motor for clearance. check youtude for vids if unsure of procedure
