I got ready to install my new thermostat, as I opened the box I noticed the thermostat is broke where the wire clips in at. I already received the wrong radiator and now this? I also have pictures if I can send them over some how.

I didn’t need to change mine but I did it for preventative maintenance. Works great and install was straight forward. After doing it a couple of time it should be a 2 hour job

I’ve been having this thermostat on my 2007 bmw 328i for 6 months now, and haven’t had no issue with it. Didn’t need the water pump back then, but I recommend you replacing both of you really need it
