This worked great when I replaced my windshield washer pump. Grab it. While you are doing the work, why not replace every plastic piece you can since you are already there?

Fit in my 2011 E90 328i no problem. Paired this with a Meyle pump and it popped right in with no leaks. Be careful as you remove as you can lose the old filter in the reservoir pretty easily (not that it matters much).

It's so inexpensive, why not replace it? Slips right over the end of the washer pump on an e46.

Stop your washer fluid leak
I did a pump replacement and did this grommet. At the low cost I didn't waste time trying to guess which one it was, especially when it could have been both. Easy job and no more washer fluid disappearing or washer fluid dash lights. Easy beginner job in 15 minutes to do both.
