Radiator
Bought my first radiator in 2021 and my second in 2023 and now it’s 2025… I need another radiator due to it leaking from the same exact place as the others.. would not recommend this product

Radiator Leaked Out of Box
I purchased this radiator several months ago during the colder winter months as my original BMW radiator was starting to leak off and on. My intention was to hold off until warmer summer months to replace if at all possible when it was more convenient and not an emergency repair. My gamble paid off as the original radiator didn't completely fail prior to warmer weather. Long story short I pulled out the old radiator and installed this new radiator of which leaked while filling the system up with coolant. Never even ran my vehicle. The leak was exactly where all modern radiators fail which is the 'O' Ring between end cap and aluminum radiator frame. I ended up purchasing a new radiator at the local auto parts store. I hope fcp euro will provide a full reimbursement. Apparently brand new radiators leaking out of the box is more common than not. Best of luck should you purchase this radiator. It's actually the original OEM manufacturer that BMW used. However, this version was made in South Africa.

Leaking after 2 years
I thought this was a decent brand, but started leaking a little less than 2 years after being installed.

Radiator Mahle Behr
I bought this radiator in 2020, it failed in 2023 and got under FCP Euro Lifetime warranty. Now its failed again March 2025, I would not buy this radiator again. I would assume it should last more then 2-3 years.

Radiator failure
Car, is a base E90 325i. Original BMW radiator lasted 16 years, the second Mahle radiator from FCP lasted 2 years and now the 3rd radiator also a Mahle has lasted 12 months and is leaking from the exact same drivers side, lower corner as the first Mahle replacement. I suspect a bad batch as the problem is the exact same leak.

Radiator Started Leaking
Put this in July, 2021. It lasted 3 1/2 years. Then the radiator started dripping coolant on the lower left side where the black plastic meets the metal frame. I could watch it bubble up and slowly drip. Great, now I get to replace the radiator again....

Mahle Behr Radiator leak
I read the reviews about the low quality and leaks these radiators developed. I assumed it was just random or some people just like to have something to complain about, so I ordered one. What a mistake that was. After paying an additional $80 to get it shipped quickly it arrived late and looked like a return part anyway, even some of the cooling fins were bent. After installing the radiator and filling it with BMW coolant it starts leaking from the plastic passenger side tank where it attaches to the metal cooling fins . I got zero miles out of this defective part. Don't be like me STAY AWAY and believe the negative reviews.

4th replacement in 4 years...
Always leaks from the joint between the plastic and metal. I know this is supposed to be to OE part, but replacing with Genuine BMW solved the issue for me. I am all for OE parts and saving money, but something doesn't work well with this specific one. Avoid.
