LEAKS! after running one year, the shop tell me the radiator is leaking. After two years it leaves coolant on the floor in two inch puddles, and ad water every few months. Will change this fall, perhaps to a different brand. I used Behr radiators for years, but the complaints of leaking in this post seem to be normal,

Leaks and price increase?
It lasted a couple years but now it is leaking. Price increased $160 to $206 from when I last bought it. There's no point in utilizing "lifetime guarantee" if it's junk.

Absolute garbage which won't last any long
As others have said, that radiator is absolute garbage which in our case didn't last even two years. I had hopes for Mahle but this product is something which you should avoid.

Purchased 2 so far, both Leaking!
The first one I received had a manufacturing defect, the edge clamps were not all clamped. I figured I’d install it and see if it had an effect on it. It ended up having a dripping leak. I explained to FCP that the one was bad so They sent me a replacement. The replacement looked good, after installing there were no leaks. Fast forward 1.5 years… and it’s now leaking on the same side. The original radiator lasted 11 years!!! This Mahle Behr replacement couldn’t even last 2! I will be ordering a 3rd soon, let’s hope in the last 2 years Mahle Behr has corrected some of their manufacturing quality issues and made effort to eliminate human error in the manufacturing process. I’d recommend going with another brand, the only reason I’m getting a 3rd is because I have lifetime warranty replacement for it.

I installed this on my car 10/21, replacing it now 03/24 after the drivers side started leaking halfway down the crimps. almost 2.5 years. Figured i would get more usage out of it. It did fit right, so that's a plus.

Just like others have stated here, mine lasted not quite 2 years before it started leaking from the driver's side end tank.
Replacing the radiator isn't crazy hard on the E90, but it's not exactly something I enjoy doing either.
I'm going to speak with my wallet too and not take advantage of the FCP exchange on this one, because I value my time.
If you're reading this, I urge you to consider buying a different product than this one, because you should value your time as well. Life is too short to bother with inferior quality replacement parts.

I'll be on my 3rd radiator now with this product. seems to be prone to failure after 2 years of use. I originally purchased one in 2020, replaced in 2022, and will be replacing again now in 2024.

So in 1 year I will be replacing the second radiator, and looking at other comments they all seem to leak on the driver’s side end tank were they are crimped on to the core. All I can say these are junk go online and a lot of folks are complaining about the same thing. And although I appreciate the lifetime warranty paying for shipment back to FCP every 6 months is not fair as I have to go buy BMW coolant again and my time to do this job. I hope FCP makes this rite by paying for shipping and sending a different brand.
