If you’re doing an oil pan gasket or if you have oil leak from the oil level sensor, replace this gasket. While my oil level sensor was not leaking, the gasket was really pressed on there and when removed, it was extremely hard. Glad I replaced it while doing the oil pan gasket. Also keep in mind the BMW oem gasket maybe black like mine was. Rest assure it’s the same replacement and direct fit.
