I replaced this as preventative maintenance with my oil pan gasket. It did not leak prior and it does not leak after replacing. Note, changing this did not mess up my oil sensor reading like some people on the forums report.

This fits perfectly, and is worth replacing when you do an oil pan gasket (or if it is clearly leaking on its own).
