I realized after posting my question that someone had already asked. Now I am even more confused because the answer was "Yes" to Chris on his 2020 m340i xdrive. Got answered "No" on my exact same question. Please advise

This kit definitely does not fit a 2020 M340I xDrive. The automatics on car would be a GA8HP50 which takes a different filter and some additional parts not in this kit.

No, you can drain and fill the transmission fluid without any fear, do not pressure flush the insides clean and you'll be fine.

We cannot confirm fitment for nonUSDM vehicles, however if it uses a GA8HP45z or a 8HP70z transmission this kit will work.
