This fit my 530i perfectly! My expansion tank was leaking from the sensor on the bottom of the tank so i bought this replacement. It is almost identical! Great product!

2005 BMW 645 CI cooling system expansion tank
I have a two door coupe. I had a failure on the original expansion tank for this car and this replacement was perfect and identical to the original.

Mahle Behr Expansion tank for 2008 535i
Easy to install and perfect fit. Replaced the old one, not sure if it’s original, since the red level gauge was broken. Highly recommended!

This expansion tank fits like its original no problems with it I waited at least 4 months before I gave review not one issue with this all I can say is it doesn't come with a cap so you have to order that separate It comes with the sensor on the bottom all you have to order is a cap or use your old one everything else is good to go.
