Unsure why it’s noisy even when it’s new
I replaced the 3-year old INA accessory belt tensioner when it started making louder bearing-sound noise. It fixed the noise issue and seems like car is performing better at acceleration. However, this new tensioner is still noticeably noisy when cold starting. Any ideas?

Used this assembly in place of the hydraulic tension-er. Went in perfectly, I had to re-use a bolt that i stole from the old hydraulic tension-er, Replaced this because of the noisy pulley on the old one.
