Question Posted by Kofi
For a 2004 E46 330i (M54 engine) that has original Bosch coils, will this Delphi work well as a replacement for one failed Bosch coil? In other words, is the nominal resistance of the Delphi coil the same as that of the Bosch coil?
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
Our recommendation is to match ignition coils from the same manufacturer. Can you install one coil different than the others? Yes. For the M54 engine, it will work fine.

Will this fit a 2002 BMW 530i? Vin- WBADT53412CE92169 I see alot of info on this exact part number, im sorta new aswell. 12138616153 Thanks
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
No. Your vehicle has a production date of 9/2001. This ignition coil only fits models built after 9/2002. You need p/n 12131703228 or p/n 12137599219. If you are replacing individual ignition coils it's our recommendation is to remove the ignition coil cover and see if you have square top ignition coils (Bosch) or round top ignition coils (Bremi) and order accordingly. If you're replacing all coils you can order either aforementioned part number

Will this fit a 2015 bow 428i XDrive Gran Coupé? Also, how often should they be replaced? Car has 53k miles and I purchased it at 32k miles. Never had an issue with the current ones but just wanted to keep the car in tip top shape.

Will this fit my 06 330xi vin is WBAVD33516KV63958
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
This fits vehicles built up to 4/2006, for vehicles with updated ignition coil connectors. If the vehicle still has the original connectors/coils you either have to update the connectors on the ignition coil harness or use p/n BOS-0221504465 which will work for vehicles with original coils/connectors without requiring an update.
