Good quality parts and reasonably priced. However, I think this kit would be better if it included the water pump pully, transmission thermostat, and coolant return hose as part of the kit. You have to remove most of these parts during and the transmission thermostat usually needs replacement along with the recovery tank. I ended up having to place three more orders to get everything I needed.

Overall great kit, only complaint is the graf water pump is a pain the install! Everything works as it should!

Do this at least once after 75k
I had a small leak from the temperature sensor, nothing serious but I am a big proponent of preventative maintenance. With 75k on my E46 sedan and the radiator in great shape, I just did this overhaul for peace of mind. Good quality stuff and fits perfectly. I love my '04 E46 and it drives like a new machine. I really am not crazy about the newer models.

I had the typical E46 cooling system leak and decided to go with an overhaul rather than just pooping on an expansion tank. I added a radiator to the order too, since I was going to be that far into the job. The only things I wish I had ordered in conjunction were new thermostat housing bolts (3 x 11531740317; 1 x 11531740316). I found that mine were pretty corroded and instead of a 10mm I needed to tap a 9mm socket onto the bottom 2 bolts, which worked. But new ones would have been nice. Other than those couple add-ons, this is a great kit, the install was really easy and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to tighten up the cooling system.

Parts came in super fast gray quality on parts service it’s top notch wish I could have a warm garage to do more lol but I’ll wait for the snow 12-17-20

Overall a good kit with quality components but could use a few more parts. The clip for the bottom of the expansion tank was not included. It would also be nice to provide a new radiator drain plug and/or o-ring.
