Another premature failure
2 years and 2 months after installation in my '04 E55 and it's dead. Costs $80 more than it did 2 years ago and $90 to ship back so makes more sense to just buy something at the local auto parts store than submit this inferior product that will likely fail prematurely again for a lifetime replacement. FCP carries great products the lifetime guarantee can't be beat but for close to double the price of an autozone battery and half the life this one was a Big L (RIP)

AND ANOTHER FAILURE
Purchased 10/2022. It started acting up a couple months ago needing jump starting and now it will not even take a charge off the charger. Barely lasted 2 years. Do not recommend. Ended up getting an H8 AGM battery from Walmart instead with the 4 year full replacement for $180

Lasted only 16-months
Bought this battery in June 2023 and it only lasted until Oct 2024. That is only 16-months. Not worth the $ to send it back. And honestly I would not want the same battery as a replacement.

Perfect fit and a fantastic battery
Easy swap in my 2015 Freightliner Sprinter 2500, 144 WB, Crewvan converted to camper. No reprogramming of the van ECU needed. Just swap and go! The battery is great, holds a charge even for many days of camping (though I do have a separate house battery bank). I feel very confident now for several more years and am reassured if it ever does need replacement, FCP Euro will step up with their amazing warranty coverage

BMW Odyssey Battery
Car was sitting for about a month, went to start it and nothing. Battery died after 22 months in service and won't accept any charge at all. Shipping this back to fcp euro will cost an arm and a leg since it's near 50 lb so the lifetime guarantee isn't worth it. DO NOT BUY. JUST GET A AGM BMW BATTERY AT THE DEALERSHIP OR ONLINE!

Best of the Best Batteries
Needless to say that this battery is beyond your normal battery and worth every penny. This sits in a CLS550 and is flawless after 3yrs. I am not really sure of the longevity of this battery but knowing that is comes with a lifetime guarantee is worth its weight in GOLD. I would also share that I am a person who keeps cars for a long time before trading them in. I bought the CLS550 in 2014 and its 2024 and it still looks and performs like it just came off the showroom floor and with FCP parts I plan on keeping it going.

Junk - should have read the recent reviews
Like many others, I should have paid more attention to the reviews. It lasted 16 months; no sign of pending failure - just dead and will not take a charge. And the replacement is now 30% more expensive?? Go figure.

Another failure after 2 years
Purchased this battery back in May 22 after looking at all the available options at the time and this getting very high marks all around. Used in a 2013 Aston Martin Vantage that was kept on a battery tender any time it was not in use. Like others recently have noted it seems these are failing after anything from 18 to 24 months. Rather than starting out with the FCP return process, I'm going to try the manufacturer 3-year warranty and see if they will issue a replacement directly as it would avoid having to ship back to FCP.

Battery wouldn't hold charge after < 18 months, too expensive to ship back
Maybe I got a bad one or maybe they're POS batteries. Also, lifting handle made for difficult installation and removal in '07 MB ML-350 -- dang thing sits under front passenger seat. Bought a Wally-World batt (made in Germany by Varta -- OEM mfr). Has been great! Now I need to lug this 60+ lb paperweight into a store for a recycling core credit of ~$15. That sucks!

Bad option
I should have read the follow-up reviews on this battery. My OEM finally kicked the bucket so I replaced it with this one as the dealer wanted close to $500 (Without installation!) so I purchased this one last September (9/23). This is for my weekend car so its low miles, but in less than a year (7/24) this battery will not hold a charge AT ALL. I jumped the vehicle to let the alternator do the work and let it run for about 20 min, but as soon as I turned the engine off, full dead. 0 volts. I tried an AGM wall charger to trickle charge it over a few days, that also quit and said no deal. Short of pulling the battery for AA or AZ to run a capacity report on it, its a 40lb paperweight. So now I'm using the lifetime warranty to replace my $290 order last year with a $380 order this year just to get my money back. "Luckily" its only going to cost me $40 to send it back to CT since I'm on the East cost. Would not buy again.
