Installed on my 2007 GL450. Battery lasted less than 3 years. Hoping to buy another replacement. Luckily I can drop the battery off at FCPEuro in CT to save on the shipping cost of this heavy battery. Good thing for their Lifetime Warranty.

Just like so many others, I must have been part of the bad batch because my battery is now showing signs of failure only 2.5 years after installation. My dashboard lit up randomly over the weekend with 25+ faults (Audi A7) and the online Audi tech communities immediately said "bad / failing battery." I too assumed I would get at least 5+ years of reliable service from this "performance" battery that cost significantly more than the local options. Lesson learned, stick with the better known brands with proven performance at a fraction of the cost.

After replacing my E550 battery every year with a cheap Autozone brand, I gave this one a shot. Tell you what, almost 4 years and this thing still runs like there is no tomorrow with no signs of slowing down. This brand is my next battery for all of my vehicles. Very satisfied!!!

Junk. Company will not honor any warranty
Failed under 2 years and took the FRM module out on my 335I. The parent company of Odyssey 888-964-2837 - never returns calls, finally emailed and blamed the car… do your self a favor and buy a Walmart battery for half the price. My question is why is FCP selling this junk ???

Battery didn’t last 2 years!
I’m going to buy from Walmart. The Lifetime Warranty has proven that adage that if something sounds to be too good to be true, it probably isn’t (at least for the battery, I have not checked on my other parts to see how much money I lost using the “lifetime warranty”). The shipping costs, approximate $110, plus new cost of the battery ($97), it’s cheaper at Walmart, and they give you 4 year warranty!

12 Months Later - Still Running Strong!
TLDR: Works great a full year later and FCP Lifetime Warranty covers this battery, however the return shipping definitely won't be cheap to ship back this brick. I recommend this over your dealer battery if you want a warranty, but if you don't care for a warranty, why are you shopping at FCP in the first place? Full review: the reviews for this battery are extremely mixed and that may be due to virtually all manufacturing being done in China nowadays. That being said, I've had ZERO issues with this battery now 12 months post install. I used BimmerLink to register the battery to the car and kept the option at "90AH Battery" even though this is 94AH unit. The higher capacity Cold Cranking Amps (950) have been awesome since I reside in New Jersey where we get real winters. The price of this battery has gone up quite a lot in the past year, I paid $280.99 in December 2023 and it's now listed at $356.99. If you're on the fence and you don't want to run a non-OEM battery, go to the dealer. If you just want a cheap-as-possible replacement, Autozone might be your best bet, but if you're someone who loves FCPEuro and uses the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, this unit is hands down the way to go. 10/10 would recommend, FCPEuro is a great company and I will gladly support their business over a dealer!
