mk 7 gti not burning oil anymore !
i had been using mobil 1 5w40 and finally decided to switch to liquimoly when i had a heart attack when i checked my oil and saw there was no oil on my dipstick. i have the little 2.0 turbo audi engine that is infamous for burning oil, and i swear with the liquimoly in there, it has not been eating up oil as much as it used to !! yay !

2011 BMW 550i
After repairing crankcase lines, found oil consumption remained a bit high when using 0w30 as previous owner of my vehicle had stated. Switched to this 5w40 and found oil consumption dropped to 1 quart every 3k miles. Will purchase again when service is needed. No issues in 3k miles since vehicle was serviced, engine is nice and quiet.

Stuff Works
Been using this on my '98 323is for a few years now and the engine runs very smooth with it.

One of the best oil.
Very smooth operation and start up noise reduction. Also, very low oil consumption if any.

Every BMW needs this oil
When it comes to BMW maintenance, there may be some places where you can cheap out on the parts and get away with it. Engine oil is NOT something you should cheap out on. It isn't worth it. Buy this good stuff for the peace of mind, and a long lasting smooth running engine.
