2001 Volvo V70 2.4T, AW55-50 Transmission
Aisin Transmission Fluid drain and fill kit from FCPEuro worked great! I Drove for 20 miles between 1st fill and final fill. Transmission is super smooth and I am confident of many more miles in the future! The last Transmission fluid change (before using this kit) was 68k miles ago. I would not recommend running this tranny for so many miles on the same fluid. ;)

Started doing this as part of oil changes to freshen up a transmission on an S40, 2005. Getting the fluid back to red again by doing 4 quarts at a time. Nice kit and a great idea.

I can't believe I put this off for so long. I had just about written off this transmission and now it's almost perfect. I was getting harsh shifts, delayed engagement, shift flares, and random torque converter lockup. I'll be flushing 1-2 more times to get all the old fluid out but really, wow.
This 2001 V70 took about 3.4L since I just drained/filled and didn't flush via the return hose as shown in service info.

It will be very helpful to list how much fluid is actually needed for a particular type.
I bought this Kit for my 2003 S60 AWD, and yes it is the right fluid.
However, it turns out my car actually needs 8 quarts instead of 4.
I ended up buying 8 quarts from NAPA since I couldn't find Aisin ATF0T4 in my area.
And I was afraid Aisin and Idemitsu are not compatible with each other.
Anyway, thanks for the instruction videos from FCP EURO.

Transmission dump and fill kit
Cheaper then walmart for the fluid they were $9 a quart and came with gasket for drain plug . Had it to my door on like 3 days but I live only a state away

transmission fluid change - good quality
At every second motor oil change I follow the advise from an old mechanic: replace 3.75 liters of transmission fluid with new and fresh one. My S60 is already at 300K and runs like a champ. Hope will last a few more "K.s" as I planned to retire it when I will retire. And this is not going to be very soon.....
