When I got it the kit indicated that it is made in Germany well the timing belt is made in Germany with Volvo print on it. the other parts made in France so the kit was not clear I was expecting to have every part made in Germany. Regardless it is very high quality kit worth getting it.

This past summer my Volvo hit the infamous 100,000 mile mark, and reading countless “horror” stories online. I decided I would play it safe and get my timing belt, idler pulley, and tensioner replaced. I shopped around for OEM parts, and found that most places sold everything separate; which is fine for normal repair but as suggested by many Volvo Techs. Replacing everything is better insurance. Volvo is known for quality parts, hence why I purchased this OEM kit. The parts are very goo quality and competitive price when purchased in the kits FCP offers. I recommend going OEM when a failure of the part could cost you a whole new engine.
