Great oem set

Genuine Volvo spark plugs, cant go worng with them. Easy install on my C30.

These work perfectly, they came very quickly even with the free ship option ( 2 days to NJ) gaps were perfect, I checked with my gap gauge before install.

These aren't cheap spark plugs but they work and they work for a long time. My originals had 150K and while they looked terrible, the car still ran great.

These are long threaded plugs and that makes a huge difference in the engine's performance! When I pulled the others from the engine, they were short threaded, as were the previous set. I was very concerned that the Volvo plugs were too long which would result in major damage in the cylinders. But after triple-checking, I installed them. And what a difference! The car runs smoother with much better pick-up and acceleration. The engine idles at a lower RPM, too. It's like getting a performance package! With these plugs, there are no questions as to fit and performance.

Not much to say except FCP had the "real" plugs cheaper than anybody else and the R community has spread its paranoia against using other plugs in these cars.

When I replaced my plugs (on my V50 T5) the first time I used NGK Iridiums, which matched OE spec in terms of gap/material. About 10k miles after they were replaced though, I started getting a strong hesitation under boost, particularly between 3000-4500rpm. Hunted all over the car to solve the problem, replaced the TCV, cleaned the MAF, on and on and on... finally broke down and took it to a dealer service department, who tried replacing the coil packs, which didn't help. Finally... about two years later, I decided to replace the plugs with OEM, and oh my God.... they fixed the problem. 15k miles later, still no hesitation. I spent two years chasing a problem that ended up being spark plugs. Be smart. Use these. Don't be like me.

You can't do any better than what was original on these cars. Do yourself a favor and don't buy the cheap or trendy plugs.

There is no need to buy off brand spark plugs when Volvo has the best you can get.
