I have no idea why Volvo spark plugs are so much better than anything else out there. You get what you pay for. Volvos have always been finicky with aftermarket stuff (although I had great luck with NGK) but OEM is really the way to go - these things last forever for some reason. Which is good, because they cost 5X as much as anything else!

The best price on the web! This set worked perfect on my 2004 XC90 2.5T! Always check the spark plug gap, even those these are packages well, it is a good habit to check the gap. Over the years I have ordered a lot of products from FCP Groton, they are the best!

Original Volvo plugs are the only way to go in these cars. I have a V70 T5 and nothing works like the Volvo plugs. And for what they cost through FCP Euro there's no point in wasting your time trying to find some other plug that's acceptable.

I noticed an increase in engine horse power, I never experienced an increase in mile/gallon but engine definitely performs much better. totally recommend them very worth the money and will last for ever.

Like most other people have already said, these are awesome right out of the package. I did try NGKs at first with a tune-up on my '98 XC at 170k on it... Well, I kept getting a # cyl 5 misfire occurring under accel. and this was ONLY after I switched spark plug wires and plugs. So, I ended up going back to the factory pre-gapped plugs and Bougicord (OEM) wires and that solved my issues.
