I didn't have any major problems with installing this radiator, but it is clearly not OE quality. The coolant hose fittings are plain plastic- the original Valeo radiator has metal inserts in the hose fittings to prevent crushing from over-tightening. Overall, this radiator looks kind of cheap. I have no idea as to the longevity because I just installed it. The transmission cooler fittings work fine, which was a relief. The rubber "bumpers" that this radiator comes with are much lower quality than the OE bumpers.
Personally, I would put this in the "economy" range of radiators. Maybe better than the Behr (which apparently has a lot of fitment issues), but a clear step down from the Valeo which is only sold as a Volvo branded part.

Had to replace the original when the transmission cooler/heater failed and filled the tranny with coolant...not happy. Let's hope Nissens doesn't let me down. Fit well, funky petcock drain (plastic) Fingers crossed.

This was a pain in the butt job to do without dropping the A/C condenser, but I got there eventually. Fit and finish are great, this is a good quality part. Save some $$ over the OEM part and get this one.

Fit perfectly, works great! Install was a pain, but that’s Volvo, not FCP.

Nissens radiator - European quality
Highly recommended. Perfect fit on my 2001 S60.

Received Nissens radiator for 2006 S60 2.5T. Radiator fit well. Did not have reinforcing metal sleeves in the plastic hose necks which gave me some concern. After installation, the radiator soon began leaking large amount of water mid-way down the coil section, exact leak peak not visible. Shipping box did not show any signs of shipping damage. Really aggravating to remove this failed new radiator, purchase a local CSF radiator and reinstall as is not an insignificant labor effort on this car. Zero stars out of five if I culd go that low and still submit review..

Fit perfectly , still working , no issues I think it's been 4 years now? One issue, drain is slightly different, Volvo dealership didn't like,...I LIKE just fine, thank yo very much!

This radiator was spot on exactly the same as the one that came out of the car. Perfect fit at a reasonable price.
