Wonderful replacement for the original radiator on my '91 740. The original plastic was fatigued and cracked, spraying coolant all over my engine bay unexpectedly. I purchased this item, and it was a direct drop in replacement. The hose fittings are in the exact same place, and I've put over 1000 miles on this radiator with no leaks or issues. I hope I won't need another, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Nissens brand radiator.

Much needed replacement on my old Brick.
My '84 Volvo very likely had the original factory radiator and was due for replacement. Radiator fit great and FCP also provided a thermal grounding switch for the radiator! This will make an e-Fan upgrade that much easier. Thanks Again!!!

Direct fit, no mods or extra parts needed. Looks to be well made. We'll see how it holds up, but initial indications are good!

Better than the OE radiator in the car before hand and the cheap Chinese made replacement radiator that I got before this one that only lasted 2.5 years. The screw in sensor is much better than the OE push in type (sometimes the push in type would pop out).

Good value, direct fit, and an easy installation for a "DIY" project. Had it in the car for about a year and no issues have come up so far.

This radiator is a perfect direct-fit replacement for my OE radiator that had a leaking trans cooler. As with most radiators with plastic end caps, it will appear to leak when installed until it has had a few heat cycles, this is normal. Mine came with a thread-in temperature sensor. Would buy again if I continue to refurbish old volvos.

Easy install; cools just fine. Mine came with the hole for the push in AC fan switch instead of the threaded type. Tight fit with the fan switch grommet but I safety wired it to the radiator for peace of mind.

top quality radiator from nissens i wont buy anything else their reliability is proven and this radiator comes with the screw in fan switch an added bonus.

This Nissens radiator seems to be built much sturdier than the current OEM radiator from the dealer that is made by Valeo.
