I noticed that the 2 fittings from the pump on my car are banjo fittings. Are these the type of fittings on the Maval rack, and do I need to order any special washers or other parts for connecting these lines to the new rack?

No special hardware is needed for the installation. Your existing setup is compatible.

I had some questions answered previously about this rack and was given a measurement for the output shaft of 19mm. Is this the diameter of the plain part of the shaft or are there splines that need measurment?

19mm is the diameter of the splined part of the shaft.

What is the input shaft? Is that what the steering coupling attaches to? How much is the core charge and is it part of the listed price?

The input shaft of the steering rack is where the coupling attaches to it. The core charge is $200 and is in addition to the original price. Once the Core is returned, you are then refunded the core charge.
