Just save your money, and go with these Hutchinson mounts over the much more expensive Volvo OEM mounts; they're literally the same thing, and fit perfectly. Go ahead, and replace them all, too; you'll potentially fix and/or prevent several problems you didn't even know about!

On any other car in the world motor mounts and suspension are the things you can shrug off changing for forever, but on the P2 Volvo's change em all. Will solve so many problems you were and were not aware that you had. This one installs just fine. Same exact mount as the one it came from the factory with.

These are clearly made by an OEM partner. Side by side, the mounts are identical to the originals but where it should say “Volvo” it has been grounded off. Front mount installation is straight forward. Rear is a royal pain. I could not fit a 3/8 socket in there at the right angle and had to resort to using 1/4 tools which were pushed to their limit. The most challenging part is making sure you get the bottom bolt aligned correctly to the underside of the very soft aluminium threading on mount. I though I had it but ended up x-threading and cursing lots. As a result I could not get the bolt all the way in and was stuck inserting a washer to make up for mistake. Take your time installing!!!

I just changed mine. They did make a difference in the transmitting of engine noise, as well as cleared up most of the clunking when backing off the throttle. I had previously done my other mounts. The video was quite helpful, but it was an awkward job and a bit difficult to get the engine lifted high enough to remove the old mounts and to install the new ones. These represent a substantial savings over the blue box parts, and are the same thing anyway, with the Volvo name ground off. A good value!

Excellent fit

Saw the installation video and decided to give it a shot in my driveway, very straight forward install, the video was definitely a big help. The mounts dampened a ton of vibration and forward/backward play in the engine. Certainly a great quality part, especially being at half the price of original Volvo part.
