Nice fit without issues made in USA. Acorn nuts included, but not mounting screws. It is treated with something for rust protection.

As good as new for a 2004 VOLVO XC70.
Perfect fit for rear license plate on a 2004 VOLVO XC70. Came with flanged cap nuts and rubber grommets.

The pictures don't indicate it, but this actually comes with the flanged cap nuts to hold your plate on.

Worked like a charm; my old one had actually been rusted/frozen in place and the screws holding it on actually broke rather than unscrew, but this new part was a good-as-new replacement

This is aftermarket, not original Volvo part. It's made in India. The acorn nuts are M6-1.0 thread and are aluminum (matte finish). It seems strong enough. Seems to be anodized steel (not stainless). It is designed to, when mounted, have the plate tilt outwards either at the top or bottom (preferred).

Was an easy replacement and fit well . It took me less than 5 minutes to get it on . Secures my license plate well .

Economy?!? Seems like a great quality, aftermarket part. Fit perfectly and does the job as well as a more costly Genuine part.

This part # has been replaced by 31391626. Please update. Wouldn't want to see customers getting pulled over in provinces (all) and states (many) that need both front and rear plates.

Mine came with the nuts as shown in the picture and the bracket was exactly like the factory part. It fit my 2004 Volvo S60 perfectly. Great product.

This bracket does not come with the nuts as shown on the picture - other than that, it holds a license plate as expected.
