Excellent quality, but may be oversized (Nm force) as requires lots of force to initially close and opens with incredible power.

Functions as it should. Price much more reasonable than OEM part. For those that are particular with country of origin for manufacturer, this shows as made in Mexico. The website currently shows USA.

Perfect Fit, 2006 XC70 only requires one, simple snap on installation. comes pre greased with silicone based grease.
works like new at a fraction of the cost of auto parts chains and much... much cheaper than Volvo for the same part.

The strut fits well and a good product. The strut does wear and will drop the hood on your head. A good replacement.

Fits perfectly on my 2002 Volvo S60 hood.
These hood struts we’re great just pop the hood squeeze the latch and it automatically comes up fast I don’t have to push the hood up anymore thanks FCPEuro!
