If you are ordering the axle shaft from here like I did, it already included a bolt, so no need for this one. Double-check you axle part before paying extra for this and having to return it.

The bolt that came with the axle purchase here had a 13mm head instead of the 14mm head on the factory bolt. I misread the torque spec and wrenched the crap out of the bolt that came with the axle. Thankfully, I had a factory Volvo spare which is now installed and torqued correctly. Thanks, FCP Euro!

Worked perfectly for my 2004 S60R. Torque specs can be easily found online so there were no issues with installation.

These torque to yield bolts require an angle torque wrench, as well as a conventional torque wrench to arrive at the correct torque values. I also use a bit of blue loctite. Not a bad idea to keep a extra pair on hand, as these bolts are designed to stretch when properly tightened, and are not to be re-used.
