Replaced on a newly bought XC70, previous owner had a mouse that was living in the airbox (car must have been sitting), and it eventually chewed through the air filter to the point where the existing MAF was seeing unfiltered air.
Unfortunately cleaning the old unit wasn't sufficient so I replaced with new and it cleared the check engine code and rough idle!

Same as original, fixed odd errors
S60 2002 2.4T, Easy replacement. Rubber grease helps get it into the o-ring and the pipe back on.
Cured odd error messages which did not directly point to the MAF but were related indirectly.
Next is the Oxygen sensors as they are over 150,000 klm old.
The grommet on the inlet pipe to the turbo is hard and loose and needed to be sealed as it leaks casing problems (17 years old).

cleared my code and running smooth now
I was going to clean my old one, because I wasn't sure whether it was the cause for the code or not. It was such a pain the old hose off that I just decided to buy the new part and be done with it. Great investment, no more worries, no more code and no more bucking and stalling.

Worked as expected. I like the lifetime warranty because if it goes bad I don't have to buy a new one. And they do from time to time.

Perfect Fit and Easy Install
This Mass Airflow Sensor was easy to install on my Volvo XC90 2.5T. This item was also excellently priced considering it is the same as the original Bosch unit. FCP's Lifetime Replacement guarantee and a price about $200 less than what the dealer quoted me make it a great value. While I was not having issues with mine, I decided that at 132K miles and 12 years on the original, it was time to replace it. Install only took about 20 minutes.

It shouldn't have fit but it did!
So I apparently have an oddball S60 T5. It has has the same filter box, MAF and turbo inlet tube as the R version. According to cataloging this is wrong, but the FCP folks worked with me to find this correct part number.
